“ This place is definitely one of the best restaurants in Orange County, CA. This spot is a bit on the small side. Which is a minor detriment if you prefer to sit at the bar when venturing out solo. BUT the food here is top notch and made with real love. The bartenders are fast, friendly and knowledgeable. The pretty blonde serving me at the moment strikes me as a bit of a foodie. She gave me some awesome recommendations. If you've never come here, you need to try this place. It doesn't disappoint. All the food items and all the drinks are well balanced and delicious. ”

“ This was my second time going here. The first time was for St. Patrick's Day, and the food and ambience were amazing. It was packed that day, obviously. I went again for lunch and of was less packed. I ordered the short rib Panini. It was tasty and came with a great salad. I saw that they had lunch specials- There was a cod sandwich, a chicken caprese sandwich, and a burger and it was $18 for the sandwich and fries. I will try the chicken sandwich next time. ”

“ I decided to stop by right when they just open up yesterday. I was amazed how clean and intimate this little place was, ambiance, the food was amazing and their service was top notch. I have to add , the bartender was so friendly and he greeted me right away with a smile. I had short ribs with mashed potatoes... excellent! Then, my dessert to end my night was their bread pudding.. lemon blueberry , so yummy and delicious! Definitely will go back. ”

“ A wonderful lunch today at Dublin 4. This week is restaurant week and they had a special menu with items for lunch and also for their dinner menu. Phil was our server and Darren also stopped by and said hello The ambiance was positive and uplifting as well. We started with the white shrimp appetizer which was fantastic. My wife had a tequilla drink and I had an ice tea. For our lunch entrees my wife had the grilled chicken breast sandwich and I had the salmon dish. The food, service, staff and ambiance were perfect. Highly recommended. ”

The food was stunning as always, and it was crowded on a Friday night. I tried the truffle mac and cheese for the first time and it was creamy with a hint of truffle, and a delectably crispy crust. The short rib panini was delicious, and the Boursin cheese was heavenly. A tip to ascend to food heaven - some mac and cheese on the short rib. Wow. We didn't order dessert this time as we were stuffed, but another fantastic experience at Dublin. Keep it up - y'all are a hidden gem ”

“ WOW! I was absolutely blown away by the food here. I came in with a friend for her birthday at 5:15 and I kid you not, our food arrived by 5:30PM. Our waitress, Sam, was so nice and was on top of service. We got four dishes and each tried some: the brown bread, the mac and cheese, the sausage roll, and the short rib panini. Brown bread: a little bit more dense that I expected but nonetheless delicious and served with a delectable honey butter. Mac and Cheese: this rivals my favorite mac and cheese of all time. The noodles were a perfect al dente and the white truffle crusty topping wasn't too overpowering -- the perfect amount of truffle. Sausage Roll: One of the most succulent sausages I've ever tasted. Came with super fresh crispy fries and curry ketchup. Panini: absolutely LOADED with short rib and perfectly cooked with a nice and refreshing side salad. The restaurant is small but it is so adorable, decoration wise. I'm so looking forward to coming back here as there are so many things I've yet to try and desperately want to. ”
